Joining the le-buzz.co.uk membership club implies you agree to and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

All editorial content, graphics and website designs on this site are protected by copyright law and the property of le-buzz.co.uk, Strategic Solutions and may not be copied or distributed without the express permission of le-buzz, Strategic Solutions, which reserves all rights.

Membership Subscriptions

On joining as a full member you will be asked to subscribe on a monthly basis to our services at a cost of £10 plus VAT per month.

You may terminate your membership at any time either by cancelling your subscription payment or notifying us by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or by writing to le-buzz Membership, 49 Park Road, Barlow, Selby YO8 8ES.

Associate membership entitles you to carry the membership directory and benefit from the linking scheme therein.

Both full and associate members are subject to our quality, relevance and family friendly criteria. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any website as part of the scheme without explanation although we will usually attempt to explain our reasons.

License

le-buzz.co.uk grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the service sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license").

le-buzz Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification's to our products to fit your purpose. You are not authorised to redistribute or release the original or modified designs as GPL or otherwise and port them to any other platform. You must also not remove the copyright information in the files.

As a member you agree to carry the le-buzz member directory on your website linked from your front page as a minimum.

You will be given instructions on how to install the files into your webspace adn how to link to them.

Removal of the files or links from your website at any time will be deemed as termination of your membership. 

Unauthorized use of le-buzz.co.uk functionality

You must not place any of our code, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution, resale or as part of a hosting / membership package of any kind without prior written consent from le-buzz.co.uk. Limited usage granted

Your membership grants you the rights to use the  designs as outlined in the table below in accordance with the terms and conditions.

The designs are not time-limited so after your membership has expired, you may continue to use the themes. 

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products or code, modified or unmodified. All products are property of le-buzz.co.uk and Strategic Solutions.

Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our services.

Assignability

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license  to anyone else without prior written consent from le-buzz.co.uk

Refund Policy

le-buzz.co.uk is offering non-tangible irrevocable services we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.

Terms of service and amendments.

le-buzz.co.uk reserves the right to redevelop, change and release services with no prior notice. le-buzz.co.uk  also  reserves the right to change or modify the Terms of service outlined in this document with no prior notice.
